    Hello again everyone. Well after sustaining my badminton injury last week, I have been unable to do much at all. Anyway went to gym this morning and discovered that most exercise is out. 15 mins on treadmill and 15 mins on V plate. Hopefully pain subsides soon and I can get a variety of exercise. Until then, its pretty much walking only




    • 1 March 2011 - started VLCD BMI 37.2
    • 19 October 2011 - total weight lost 4 Stones and 4 lbs (including holiday breaks when I was off diet)
    • 1 January 2012 - restarted having put on some weight Nov/Dec 2011 and have now set a new target to get to a BMI of 23

    "You didn't make all that sacrifice of giving up foods you love and hours working at the gym sweating your butt off and limping from muscle aches for nothing. You didn't lose a stone in weight or spend all that money on a gym membership and kettlebells for nothing. You had a goal, a vision, which you were progressing towards, so you're not going to give it all up for nothing. You had a break but don't let that put you down. It's now wedding season. You will be going to parties and want to look and feel good. Remember how you felt? Keep remembering that feeling, the compliments, and the extra energy you had and the pictures you looked amazing in and don't lose sight of your goal."
