    5000 meters row Biggest Loser Challange

    Well aftr watching on Tuesday im thinking of seeing how hard this challange is and how fast i can do it would anyone else lie to give it a go..... could be fun......

    I did 2000 metres in about 12 mins.

    Will keep trying till I get to 5000 metres, I might do it first next time rather than treadmill work.
