    Fitness magazine???

    Hi,

    I bought a fitness magazine yesterday called 'Body Fit' its for ladies and i have to say, its fantastic!! Its full of absolutely everything from help, advice, equipment, crazes, workouts ect. And it explains exercise and different styles and gives different levels for different abilities ect. It really did surprise me and i highly recommend it...its monthly, new one is out now and is £4.99, worth every penny in my opinion

    It sure does Also tells you best foods to eat and why and what you get from them ect

    The trainers on Amazon are £20.MandMdiresct they are £25.If your going to buy the mag every month then it makes sense to sub to get the trainers.

    Hers is one of the reviews

    I ordered these trainers to wear to Zumba as previously I'd been wearing my Converse and those were no use whatsoever. After a long time researching options that were reasonably priced (I'm a skint student) I chose these as they looked pretty nice and weren't super expensive. They arrived in a cute box and were a good fit. The last time I wore trainers was when I was about 15 (I'm now 28) so it took me a wee while to get used to the way they felt, but after walking around the house a bit I thought they'd be good for Zumba. Tried them out at the class this week and they were really good! Lots of bounce in the soles which is what you need in Zumba (or aerobics, I'd guess). I felt that my knees and ankles were being supported, which was what I was after and why I ordered a more boot-like trainer. Today I went for a walk wearing them and found them getting more and more comfy. I'm very happy with them so far and would recommend them for anyone on a budget looking for a workout trainer
