    March exercise challenge seemed to go down very well, so we have an April 2012 one.

    Hi Jackie

    You just need to add your user name, the amount of hours exercise you want to achieve during the month and then whenever you do exercise just change on this thread the time that you have achieved and hours to go.

    i.e.

    SueSpain 15 hrs – 0 hrs 0 mins achieved (15 hrs to go)

    If you have a look at the March challenge you will see what I mean. I have kept that one up to date but as I am now getting busier it would be best if everyone keeps there own times up to date.

    Its definately kept me motivated for exercise during March.

    Looks fine to me as long as its in alphabetical order, which it is. I have same problem.with the iPad. I am sure there must be a way of doing it it but I can't find it!

    Daisybell, no problem, will let you know what I know about Kettlebells, Just started week 4 of the Kettleworx am really enjoying it - I still find I need to press pause during Cardio but seem to be ok with Resistance and Core - hope you like it as much as I do.
