    Hi all
    I've missed May but starting again for June. I usually aim for 12 hours but upping to 20 hours this month. That's because I've already done 11 hours this month already. I went camping in snowdonia national park and climbed mount snowdon (9 hours) yesterday and the day before went for a 2 hour trek through the woods (climbing over boulders and up steep inclines). My whole body aches now so wont be able to do anything else for a couple of days but it was well worth it. Recommend it to everyone!
