    Daisybell18, I am on my second round of Kettleworx. and start week four next week. I did my first round (six weeks) with a 5lb bell and I started the second set with the 10lb bell, and I have to say that since I have gone up in kettlebell size my results have been amazing. My shoulders, legs and abs are getting really sculpted and my bum has pulled right in which is fab as I am a pear shape and carry all my weight on my hips and thighs. I love Kettleworx and think I am going to buy the advanced set of DVD's ready for round 3, plus will definitely go up another bell size in the near future.

    So how is your kettleworx going and what are your results like?
