    Smile 5 x 30 Challenge

    Ok, some days I top 30 days by as much as four times, but I'm trying to get back to REGULAR exercise. So wondered if anyone fancies a 5x 30 mins exercise challenge?

    We can choose whatever we like, but for 5 days a week we need to be good and move our butts.

    Fancy it? I could really use the support.

    If you have a spare fiver there is Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD,3 levels of exercise which you do the first one for ten days then second for the next ten and last level for the last ten days,20 minutes workouts!

    Thanks I have done 30DS before - only a few months back i completed it and moved onto P90X but I've had a crash of my mood since then so this is my first step to get myself back to working out almost daily. 30 DS is in my plan along with my exercise bike (which is gathering dust at the moment and weights). I ride my horse some days but am only just getting back into this after a few months off. Really were hard months for me.

    Aww ok,if I wasn't doing the shred I would team up with you,I also have a exercise bike which I used once a week till recently.Wow at having a horse! That's pretty cool!am sure someone will buddy up,am happy to support you along the way :0)

    Thanks if not then I'll jump into a 30 DS but accept I may not manage it everyday like I did before. I didn't skip a day in the 30. I don't feel that emotionally strong at the moment. Am thinking I will ride my bike later when I watch something on TV.

    Yea sometimes life gets in the way of exercise,hope you are ok.I did day four of level two today but can't do it for the next two days,maybe three,if nothing is happening though I do make sure I do it.Hope all ok later when you ride your bike.

    Hmmm i'm way behind with all these threads but i'd love to join you for 30 mins 5 days a week. I do Slimming World at the moment and i'm aiming to get my Gold Magic Body award which means i need to average 30 x 5 for the next 7 weeks. As Bulldogdaisy knows only too well i have attempted the 30 day shred several times but i'm a massive wimp and never get past Day 5! Jillian rocks but the lady kicks ass and mine is still sore from her last kicking!

    I'm also sorry to hear you've had such a hard time lately. If you need to talk or vent we're here for you!

    I'm bored of the shred right now so am going to vary what I am doing a bit exercise wise.Had the weekend off apart from dog walking :0)
