I've been using the Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds and I'm seeing good results, firming up nicely slowly but surely.
I posted this in another thread for someone I recommended it to so thought I'd post it here for anyone else that might be able to use it. Lots of others on youtube as well, just check the lengths of them to make sure it's the full workout
