I had to do the first strength workout twice as I kept being distracted as the boyfriend is home from work and kept coming in pretending to do arm crosses and laughing so was put off! did it in the end! Also my size 10 jeans that didnt go past my bum- now go on but the buttons are about 2-3 inches from meeting. Hoping that at day 30 they will almost do up.
