    Hey yeah good to have support! You are taking the dvd with you so thats a step in the right direction, at least you can attempt it if circumstances allow, did my first day around 4pm and a little sore already! no pain no gain though!!

    LFM thankyou for the words of encouragment, nice to hear from the experienced, been told that day 4 can be the worst after starting, something to look forward too!!

    If your cold off the bench...no cycling, Gym, walking then id concider a day off inbetween.
    I was riding quiet a bit when i did it last and had no problems and i focused in doing 30 days flat out. This! Time after having a very lazy 20mths omg the pains and pulls.
    Last time i failed as i wanted 30days straight through and lifes just not that accomodating.
    So im monitoring me rather than focus on packing in 30 days this time and im nit feeling so pressured. So the finish line is achievable this time round.

    I suppose for someone of my size I am reasonably fit as I walk dogs for a living and up until a knee injury last sept I was jogging 5k 3 times a week so I will attempt to do the 30 day shred every day but if I feel I am pushing it too hard or I find I actually have a social life I wont beat myself up about having a day off, I shall just go back to it the next day!

    Just completed workout two at level one so am very pleased, im actually enjoying it and the time goes so fast, have taken starting photos and body measurments which I plan on doing again at day 15 then at the end, always good to have a record in case inspiration is ever needed!!

    sure the aches and pains will get worse before they get better but no pain no gain after all!!

    well thats level one workout 4 done, I am finding some bits easier already so I am very encouraged by that, really cant do jumping jacks though, my back and knees dont seem to like them so I just replace these with rope skips or butt kicks and just put more effort in when poss! seem to be aching a bit less afterwards too so all positive so far!

    Eviebeamummy very well done on completing during the weekend as you were unsure you would get the chance, excellent;-) are you enjoying it in a strange sort of way?! Think I definately am and it seems to be over so quickly, also the constant aching just reminds me that I must be doing myself some good so come to not mind that in a way either!
