    Yes, any exercise is good as long as it doesn't hurt you (beyond having sore muscles that is, which is normal!). Try to do something you will enjoy, that way you'll stick to it and see big improvements in your fitness, doesn't matter what it is, dancing, yoga, running, gym, cycling, swimming, anything you like.
