    Disability and Exercise

Now I've started on my weight loss journey I'd like to introduce some gentle exercise. I have fibromyalgia, which means most traditional exercise routines aren't accessible for me. Anyone else here disabled and managing to get their body moving positively?

npakergy16 - are there any exercises you find easier than others? I've had good experiences with swimming as I feel less pain underwater. Other than that, I'm stumped!
