    Pilates

    Hey y'all,

    anybody do pilates? Do you do a class at the gym or DVD or do you know some moves off by heart?

    Whats everyone think of it?

    I did some moves last night and my stomach muscles are killing! So hopefully that means theres a 6 pack developing under all this flab if I keep going?? lol

    i do it sometimes in the gym.
    i dont like anything that isnt energetic so im a little bored in it.... but i did feel it in my abs alot.

    i dont enjoy it though, its supposed to be beneficial to running.
