My gosh, I can't believe that I never knew this bit of the forum existed before!!

I guess this is the first time I've truly begun learning to enjoy my body and myself as a physical being...loving moving...and therefore, while calorie counting to get my weight down to what it should be, this is a lifestyle change for me. Last year I wasn't 'losing weight', but I did go for lots of walks and I also danced a lot! Not in a class or anything, just with my funky dance music and my ipod at home. This was all a big thing for me because it was new and exciting to be loving moving my body! Not to meet any goal, but just because it feels good to be physical and move.

Therefore, this is partly an introduction thread to say HELLO! I'm here to learn and play at ways to move...but I won't do anything that's not fun when there are so many fun ways to move.

That's the second reason I'm here...to share this crazy video I found. Yay!
