I have just joined the site and was wondering how to set up a gym routine for myself that doesnt exhaust me.
For the past few days I think I have over worked myself and its really difficult to not do to much as I am rushing around with my LO all the time.
You should be working hard and be able to feel it but it sounds like you are over doing it.
Can you post a list of what you are doing for a typical week? as its impossible to give advice without having a list of what you are doing.
I used to train way way to much but ive started to train alot more sensible now only 3-4 times a week and see how i go with that.
i just over worked tht day i think. i signed up to the gyms target zone and that helped me out for the next day x
