I am very tempted to buy this. I have heard good things about interval training and I like short exercise routines. Sounds like it is 20 min including warm up and cool down. I have read that it is quite hard work too which is good. Thinking about starting it after half term for a 6 week block maybe. If you do try it then do post what you think of it on here.

I hadn't heard of Josie before I saw the DVD advertised but just like the sound of the program
I will get my head around maintenance!
