New to exercise!!!
How do you start exercising when you haven't done ANY for such a long time? I'm finding the whole prospect very daunting
Start off small - any exercise Is better than none!
I'm in the same position and have started off with swimming and have done x2 sessions this week

I started off very slow doing c25k still am just started week 2. I found it hard to run 60 sec at first it took me about 6 weeks to do week one. Have just done week 2 and running 90 seconds is not too bad. It's amazing how fast your fitness level gets better. What kind of thing are you thinking of doing? I hated running at first and found it really daunting but really love it now.
One thing I would say get some good trainers and a sports bra
