Wii Fit
Is anyone using the Wii Fit for their exercise? I've been using it for fitness and to weigh myself and my weight varies so much I'm not sure if it is any good. For example on Saturday it had said I'd lost a stone since starting two weeks ago and then when I did a body test on Monday (same time of day( it said I'd put on a stone! I was SO pleased on the Saturday then really disheartened on the Monday!
I do find this the most fun way of exercising I've come across which is something!
What are other people's thoughts?
