Hi Pinky, I use my Stat bike 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minute sessions. I alternate this with other workout routines. I had been using it rather sporadically but have recently got into more of a routine. Because of the inconsistency I can't say I have lost any weight from it but it is helping with my thighs and tummy I think!
It might be more effective to set a number of times or minutes per week you want to a achieve.

    Go for it!
