    Well, I set out to ice skate with the kids and husband for an hour. But then... I fell backwards and hit my head on the ice. So on my husband's insistence had to go to the hospital... and was diagnosed with a concussion. What a night. But the real crime of the evening was I lost 20 minutes of my exercise!!
