So I'm thinking of starting Couch 2 5K tomorrow - need to get more active, and love the idea of a staged work up to 5k. I'm so unfit just now that I need to do something.

Also, does anyone know of a decent android couch 2 5k app? I think having an app talking me through the progress as I go would really help :)
