hello all, I am 9 days into Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and though I am coping ok with it I am worrying that it will get too hard for me to continue. I am very unfit and panic with my asthma. Will I still get results if I pause and take a break throughout? Also anyone who has done body revolution or similar - 90 day programme - did you follow the diet programme because i am not and I am wondering if I will actually lose any weight? Thanks for reading
