    Hi there,

I'm not doing the 30 day shred as I tried 10 minutes and gave up ( complete lack of fitness and motivation) but I wanted to wish you good luck on your journey. One thing I would suggest is make sure you're eating enough calories as all that exercise will burn loads for you. I think MFT recommends you eat your exercise calories doesn't it? Anyway good luck and I can't wait to see all your fab results Hun x
