I enjoy different types of exercise ranging from Yoga to Jogging and strength training. What music gets you motivated and great to listen to?? I usually listen to Nitin Sawhney for Yoga, and just chart music for jogging due to changing pace and rhythm and i listen to a more bass/dubstep genre for strength training.... Wanting some new music to get me in a great motivated mood... What do you listen to and what exercise do you do to go with it?
i like any music with a beat i walk so i like a nice beat to get me walking faster
