Help in getting toned all over
Hi. I'm not far getting off my goal weight. I've always started exercise in the past then give up. So am new to exercise. I want to get fit and more importantly toned. I'm going travelling in jan. would love to start getting toned by then, you think it's possible to start looking toned by then or isit too soon?
Does anyone have any ideas of what exercise to do in order to achieve this and how often. Ideally would like to do something at home because I have unsociable hours with work.
