Anything other than walking???
Hi everyone. Just looking for some fitness inspiration really. I have restarted my calorie counting after some health issues originally lost 1st 4lb in a month with it and hitting the gym however my health issues are still ongoing but I want to get back to losing weight but the gym is out. I don't have the use of my right arm fully and have had rather extreme fatigue so I'm looking for suggestions on some exercises that will be easy on me but still help with the weight loss but all I've came up with is walking.
