Does anyone just walk for exercise?
I have recently started walking 10-15 miles a week, spread over four days. I have always been a slow weight loss person, half a pound - a pound being good for me. But last week I lost 2 and a half pounds in one week just ( I presume) from walking.
I'm gonna see how this week pans out.... But I'm quite happy with that.
I would love to give the couch25k a go One day. When I'm not as big. So it's my future goal.
