Iv been at BC since 7th nov, iv lost 13lbs and am only just going into a size 20 (from a 22)
I'm so frustrated! I'm putting so much effort in to it. It's so hard. I'm sticking to 1400 cals a day no cheating. This is the longest iv ever stuck to a "diet" (I really feel iv turned a corner, no going back!) so why is it coming off so darn slow? Am I eating too little? Should I be exercising more? I still feel like such a hippo!
Any input at all would be fab :)
