Simple toning exercises for legs, tummy and hips!
I'm currently just starting out on my weight loss journey at around 170lbs and I need some advice on toning exercises! I try to work out 3/4 times a week for around 60 minutes doing a range of cardio from cross-trainers to treadmills, however I know to be able to tone my body I need to do some core exercises too. I've been doing the regular sit-ups, squats, planking etc for a while now however I've got a replacement hip which I had when I was around 5 and because of the nature of this and the lack of fluid around the joint, toning exercises can be uncomfortable. Has anyone got any exercises or tips they could share to tone legs, stomach and hips mainly, that don't require much flexibility.
All suggestions are soooo appreciated!!
Really Really likes to post!

What about pilates? I have a dvd I do at home and it's pretty gentle as it's all about balance and stretching rather than leaping about like a loon.
Last time I did it for a long time it really toned tum, legs and bum.
