I am looking for help/advise please!
I started my diet/exercise on 1st of Feb and started at 26 stone 6 pounds. up until 2 weeks ago it was going great and I got down to 23 stone 13 pounds. In the last 2 weeks I have gained up to 25 stone 3 pounds. I have even changed my scales to make sure that they were not giving me wrong numbers.
I have been going to the gym every other day for at least 40 minutes and burning a minimum of 500 calories. The only change I have really made is that I am lifting heavier weight. My diet is still going strong and I allow myself 1 treat a week in moderation.
Now going from how I was before I started dieting where I was eating meals out and takeaways and just general rubbish surely the science would say I should be losing weight. Some people have said it could be because I am gaining muscle but I am sure it would be every bodybuilders dream to gain a stone in muscle in 2 weeks lol!
I am looking for advise really or if anyone has been in the same situation as me before. The only bonus is I do feel a difference in my clothes.
