    April fitness challenge! :D

    lets do this!! just back from double spin will aim for 25 hours again this month

    errr whoops day early scrap that!! not 2 hours done then!! haha

    Kirst you can do any exercise and set the amount of hours you want to to, or if you plan to walk/run you can choose miles as your goal

    5 Dog Walks of a minimum 20 min. (5, 5)
    Start doing Fitness Classes again (Aqua Fit, Zumba, Kettlebells, etc.) (2 AF, 2 AF)
    Be comfy in Hilfinger cropped jeans US12
    Get into US 10 (on door)
    Be comfy in US 10
    Get into Goal Jeans US 8
    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)
    Lose the Muffin Top!

    Scale Scores
    Lose to be under 12 stone
    Lose to be 165
    Lose to be 160
    Lose to be at my 2013 lowest weight (156)
    Lose to be in the 10s (153)
    Lose to be under 150

    Okay so I will say 20 hours of cardio and resistance.

    Today I done 20mins treadmill and 10mins sit ups, push ups and squats, so thats 30mins done, 19.5 hours to go!
