May fitness challenge!!

I didn't make my April challenge, but I did in March. So, leaving it at 20 hours.

you know the drill add your name and how many hours pledged mine was rubbish last month no where near my target will set the same target tho ;)

so yesterday 1 hour legs bum and tums and 30 mins abs

I didn't see it - sorry. Maybe someone could post a link to this one in the April and March threads. And, at the end of the month post a link to June's (when one is started).

Sorry Gina , I did see it but was thinking to replay when I have something to write there. After I have done some workouts. I think link would be wise next time. Anyway have done some walking and funkalates :) have a nice month everyone
 
I didn't make my 15 hours in the April challenge and thanks to it I do feel my fitness improving so I am optimistic and putting down 20 hours for this May challenge:)

Knowing me I'll forget to update but I do want to make a commitment. I do no exercise now but I want to do at least 2 classes a week to start so let's say 8 hours. I'm going to walk to the shops etc more and build up my 'incidental' exercise but won't count that. Doesn't sound much in comparison to any of you though but I'm going yo keep it achievable.

Thanks to Mini for pointing me in the direction of this thread.

Ill go for 12 hours a week, each gym session I do is roughly an hour and I aim to go 3 times a week, hopefully 4 if I can.
