    *******JUNE FITNESS CHALLENGE*******

What are your plans for June?

I'm going to try and fit in 50 miles walking.
15 min bike every other day.
And do 10 min Kettlebells every other day.
And some odd things like sit ups etc.

    cavegirl13 60 miles to do - 0 done.
If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

What fits your schedule better -- Exercising 1 hour a day or being f** 24 hours a day?”

"I don’t think there’s any excuse for women not to stay in shape. We just need to stop gorging, put on our trainers, and use some self-control. No one else is going to do it for us." Linda Barker

    “Eating crappy food isn't a reward -- it's a punishment.” ― Drew Carey

Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus, exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.
Hard work and dedication pays off.No time for excuses if you really want to loss the weight.
I can now enjoy special occasions without having to worry about what the scales will say after.

    June Fitness

The past three months, I've been pledging 20 hours (didn't track 20 in April because of 1/2 term - but I was out and about). However, in March I hit my 20 hours of planned fitness and I should do this month. However, in June I think I'll change my challenge to fit my fitness routines choices a bit better. So, instead of 20 hours total: it'll be

40 miles of planned walking (to include dog walks, treadmill, Leslie Sansone DVDs, etc.)
12 planned fitness sessions of approximately an hour (aqua fit classes, DVDs, etc.).
Daily Sessions on the Vibration Plate (10 min. 2X a day)
    Alternate Day Kettle Bells

For this Challenge Thread I'll track like this:

    CaveGirl13: 60 miles (0 miles)
    MinnieMel: 40 miles, 12 sessions (0 miles, 0 hours)
    Camplestar: 30 split, 30 crunch/ab challenges (0, 0)
