For me 100 miles on bike & 10 hrs other exercise

Cavegirl13: 62 miles + 10 hours exercising,2 miles done
Clover: 40miles + 20hrs, 0 done
Trimlee: 100 miles + 10 hrs - 3 miles done
 
I'm away on holiday for a lot of July so I'll join you again in August.

good luck, keep pounding the pavements, working out, doing that DVD or whatever is getting you fit!

3 miles yesterday morning and 3.7 this morning on the bike. Fresh breeze & calm scenery. :D

May I join in? I am still weak but getting over virus nicely and ready to start getting back to regular exercise. I am going for power walking for 20 mins twice a day. I plan to play good old ABBA etc. and do a good old fashioned aerobic workout with light hand weights.
My son has my 30 day shred dvd so he can give that back too. This 3 times a week?
Any comments and tips gratefully received. :rolleyes:
