I'm on the Cambridge diet which restricts my calorie intake to around 450 calories.
Having done this for a while now and down to my last three stones, I really need to tone up.
So I've hired a personal trainer to help me tone up so we are doing weights training. He has restricted me to protein and veg only.
But I really want to stick to my Cambridge diet to try and lose at least 1.5 by the end of aug.
Has anyone ever done weight training on a VLCD?
Should I stick to his plan or not?
I'm really sceptical if I can reach my goal on his diet and anyone experience/opinion is appreciated.
