    On track so far! Did a mile more than usual today. I could say I was feeling particularly motivated, but that would be a lie. I walked that far purely because I wanted to avoid a road with tons of Saturday traffic.

    oh oh - how the time fly's . I did not manage to get my coal last month , but here another one and I m here to try again
    Everything will stay the same - 25 hours of workout in this month. I dont think I m able to do 16 classes but lets say 10 and at least 4 times I will go and run for 45 min . seems doable =)

    I am just starting out so my goal/challenge for August is going to be small ... rather ashamed to say it but I haven't done any form of working out for at least 6 or 7 years :| . Don't want to go crazy so I am going to aim for 3 x 30 min sessions each week to start
