I've just increased my sprint speed to 15kmh on the treadmill, which I'm really pleased with but I need help to stay there (and maybe even advance beyond it!). I'm doing 10 x 30 second reps with 1min 30 slow walk in between. I want to get my speed up to 18kmh (LOL!).
I aim to do the sprints at least 3 times a week and wondered if anyone else was up for it?
