Just wondering if anyone has a mountain bike and does any off road riding?
me & OH have just bought a bike each and are going to be doing this, starting off in the new forest, and hope to do the 'Wiggle, South Downs 28 mile race' next year , as a challenge and to raise money for charity
we imagine it will be hard, but it will help us get fit too, and be a lot less boring than a gym
