T25 or any shaun T workouts

I have one of his, the rocking body I think (??) but I don't think I ever tried it! My favourite workouts are the ones that make you work up a real sweat, it makes me feel like I'm working my body hard!

a couple of years ago I got myself down to almost 10st & I just loved exercise but I'm 17st now & I just don't know if my body can hack it. I'm feeling so much better after only one week on WW so I may wipe the dust of my Shaun T dvd & see how I go,,,,;)
 
Ive hear the T25 are realllly hard but amazing work outs, ive seen people have amazing transformations. how are you finding it emma? what sort of stuff do you do each day and when do you do it? x
 
Its hard to keep up when u first start but there are modifications, im still on the alpha phase which lasts 5 week which is mainly cardio based, next week i move onto beta cant wait as im abit bored of basically doing the same exercises day after day! 5 days a week with a double day on friday and a stretch dvd on a sunday,
I defo prefer doing kettlebells but thought i would join in with OH lol
