Hope no-one minds but I'm starting the thread :)

We just all set out aims and report back. I find it really keeps me on track.

Going to try and beat Aprils achievements - 45 miles running & 22 workouts which will be mix of gym & home DVDs :D

I'm in! My goal is to burn 7000 calories a week. So far for May, I've burnt 4,100.

Ooh, I forgot to check this section for challenges the past few months!

I think I'll aim to hit 10k steps every day for the rest of the month. Counting today, that's 26 days. With my back acting up, I don't want to do much with the weightlifting, but I do want to stay on track with my walks. :) Edit: Oh! And I've been planking for 1 minute per day to strengthen my abdominal muscles to help my back, so I'll add that into my challenge as well.

Felt bit sluggish this morning but made myself go for run and really enjoyed it as such a lovely bright day :)

Was very gusty and rainy this morning so I did a KB workout rather than run. Will have to start making up some miles!

Good day today - run & boxing workouts. Then covered another 9 miles at the seaside but walking only so not counting :D

I'm wondering how I'm going to manage the steps on the 23rd. Going to a birthday party for husband's granddad. Visiting the in-laws usually involves lots of sitting. Hoping I have time to sneak away for a quick walk!

Sounds a good plan to escape for a bit anyway but that maybe just when I'm surrounded by my family?!

Urgh had no energy when I got home from work but managed to drag my ass onto the exercise bike and then did my sit ups and squats...only 20 more days to go and 420 mins!
