    BEST EXERCISE MACHINE?????

I want to buy myself a exercise machine, rowing/running or skiing.
Only have room for 1 and would like to know which gives the best workout, best value for money etc...........
Don`t want to spend too much, i also want 1 that i won`t get too bored of.
    Any ideas???????

If you only get one you will probably get bored of it anyway! Most equipment folds up for easy storage so you may find you have room for more than one item. Personally I'd go for the rower as I love them

It's similar. I prefer a cross trainer because it has a bit of resistance in it. I find it quite hard to work up a sweat on my strider

You can get striders very cheaply on ebay, or check out your local freecycle, I've seen a couple on, and mine will be going on the Sunderland one as soon as I can afford a cross trainer!!

Deffo a cross trainer, bought mine for £600 from Argos and it's fab. Expensive, but if you've only got space for one thing, you want the one thing that does it all. I can highly recommend mine, it's just like the one that I used to use in the gym.

Mind you, I'm too knackered to use mine whilst in ketosis.

My mum bought me a lateral thigh trainer, which was fun at first, but then got boring and monotonous.. maybe look for something that you can do more than just the one thing with?

I use a versaclimber and i love it! Works both my arms and legs. It's v tiring though and doesn't half get a sweat on me...sadly i think thats how most exercise is! I think if i would choose a different exercise machine i'd definately go for a cross trainer because you can work on your arms and legs or just legs if you prefer =)
