Most equipment folds up for easy storage so you may find you have room for more than one item. Personally I'd go for the rower as I love them

I prefer a cross trainer because it has a bit of resistance in it. I find it quite hard to work up a sweat on my strider ![]() You can get striders very cheaply on ebay, or check out your local freecycle, I've seen a couple on, and mine will be going on the Sunderland one as soon as I can afford a cross trainer!! |

Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Cambridge | Deffo a cross trainer, bought mine for £600 from Argos and it's fab. Expensive, but if you've only got space for one thing, you want the one thing that does it all. I can highly recommend mine, it's just like the one that I used to use in the gym. Mind you, I'm too knackered to use mine whilst in ketosis. Last edited by Miel : 13th June, 2008 at 09:35 AM |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I use a versaclimber and i love it! Works both my arms and legs. It's v tiring though and doesn't half get a sweat on me...sadly i think thats how most exercise is! I think if i would choose a different exercise machine i'd definately go for a cross trainer because you can work on your arms and legs or just legs if you prefer =) |
