Emailing problems

My parents are having problems sending emails.. they can receive them but not send them. When they try sending them they get an error message saying the message hasnt been sent, to retry and in the 'details' box it is displaying 'Administrative Prohibition' They both use different email providers.

Anyone any suggestions?? HELP!!!

Who hosts their email?

Their Internet provider is Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange
My mums Email account is with ecosse.net and dads is with saintmirren.net

I configured my mums on my PC and it worked perfectly (Im with Tiscali)

Its been set up on their PC like this for years with no problems - until today
