Question Pierce. Fit Squad question

Okay, I have my bright pink headband on. My overstretched but beautiful lime green lycra leotard and my old school elasticated plimsols.

All ready for action. Now what? When does class begin?

Should I be seeing something? Just wondering what it's about. Will be happy to just sit and watch at first....but what am I supposed to be watching

Oh...and are you leading the class cos I will definitely be watching if you are
