    Can I delete my thread ?

    could you please let me know if I can delete a post / thread that I have put on here if so how - many thanks.
    Lost 42lb WW got to size 8 got complacent, no gym, gave up smoking, over eating, having children. Determind to lose it for good & learn by my mistakes. Now doing SW Green only as I'm a veggie.

    1/2 st, 5%, under 200 ​1st , 13's, 10%, 1&1/2, gym15%, 2st, fit into jeans, 2&1/2, 20%, 3st, 12's, 3&1/2, 11's, 25%, BMI 20's
