    How to make photo smaller???

    I want to change my photo to one attached here (me a sPink and Phil as Alice Cooper at a party we went to!) - but I think it's too big! I've tried cropping it - but to no avail .... how do you make photos smaller in size megabyte wise or pixel wise???

    Many thanks in advance for those of you who are technically minded .........
