Tesco Diets! Anyone?!

Hi all!

Just wondered if anyone was following one of the Tesco Diets plans? I can't see a forum or sub-forum on the site for them, but I know a lot of people (family, friends and work colleagues) who are on one of the plans. Would be interesting to see how many of you are on them and what you think of it!

We had a forum here but due to lack of interest in it on MiniMins it is no longer.

If people what to do Tesco diet they can post in All Other Diets Forum or the Low Carb Forum.

I used to follow their low GI plan before going it alone (the low GI support forum here was very helpful to me!) and did enjoy it as it was convenient to have the menus and shopping lists done. Although I never tried this bit, I think now you can even get the shopping list sent to the online grocery shopping site, so if you haven't much time to plan/shop it's a good option especially as they offer a 'convenience' option based on more pre-prepared foods.

I stopped after the initial paid period as it suited me better to do it on my own, and there were enough niggly issues with the site that I didn't feel I was getting ongoing value for money. That said, it was a great intro to following a structured way of eating so I'm glad I used it at the start.

Thanks for your replies. I will post on the 'All Other Diets' forum to see if anyone there is doing Tesco Diets.

I'm thinking of giving the Light Choices or Healthy Eating plan a go so may do that on pay day lol always counting down the days to pay day!
