Can't think of what to have different for breakfast!

What do u normally have? I have stewed fruit with sweetened cous cous...sounds gross but trust me it's lovely.
Scrambled eggs on toast.
Pitta with bacon, tomato and lettuce inside.
Sunshine cous cous (grated orange or lemon plus the juice and mix the pulp in with plenty of sweetener.
Fruit and yogurt.

I'll post some more if I think of any x
 
I'm on slimming world and today I had pan fried asparagus and a bacon and egg sandwich
 
For me a sweet one is porridge with yogurt and a grated apple
Or my favourite savoury one is brown toast with avocado and poached egg.

Or a smoothie with a banana or pear, oats, flaxseed, yogurt

Yep, breakfast can be hard, a quick bowl of cereal seems easy but will leave you feeling hungry soon after,
I sometimes have soup and crackers for breakfast
 
Hi, try this: overnight oats!! really quick, really easy, maximum taste and quite filling too.

40g of porridge oats, frozen fruit/berries, muller light yogurt (this morning was srawberry but i adore the cherry one)
layer it up, stick it in the fridge, have it next day!!! amazing!!
