Has ww changed much can i still just pp?

Hi just wondered if ww had changed much. As I was doing sw at group then stopped losing. Plus I've got bad legs so stopped going. I really want to try ww again but my aunty gave me a book saying all about simple start . But when I've done it in past it was pro points and now not sure what plan to do thanks x

There is still ProPoints where you have daily points and your weeklies.

Then there is a new plan...

Simple Start. You have a free food list then can have two treats a day from a list.
This is ideal for when you want to kick start your weight loss.

Then you can move onto filling and healthy where again you have a free food list and instead if two treats from a list you are given 49 ProPoints for the week to use on whatever you fancy.

I love the plan. 3 weeks I've lost 6lb xx
