My tongue looks rather pale , not nice and pink , has anyone else got this , my tongue feels like leather . CAN YOU ALL GO TO YOUR MIRRORS NOW AND STICK OUT YOUR TONGUES AND LET ME KNOW lol

Hi, my tongue is alway's coated no matter how many times i brush and rinse, i think it may have somthing to do with ketosis.

Yes linda i think its something todo with this diet , but before i was on a diet i really didn't see a nice pink tongue , like they say on these TV diet doctor , i have noticed my taste buds are more noticeable huh strange
