I find MFP a bit low on protein and rather high on carbs in their breakdown.
I just go by the calorie total at the end.
Different plans have different ratios and you can alter your % and add in other things like fibre/sugar etc on your settings if you want to.

I agree! MFP has a really generous carb and fat allowance but I find the protein and sugar allowances totally unrealistic!
