    Question too much protein?

    hey, well i am tracking my food and exercise on my fitness pal, but it seems that every day i am going over my protein allowance!? will this hinder my weight loss?

    I find MFP a bit low on protein and rather high on carbs in their breakdown.

    I just go by the calorie total at the end.

    Different plans have different ratios and you can alter your % and add in other things like fibre/sugar etc on your settings if you want to.

    I agree! MFP has a really generous carb and fat allowance but I find the protein and sugar allowances totally unrealistic!
